The boards are quite rubbed, marked and shelf worn, with a large and dark mark at the top of the back board being most prominent. The top and botom edges of the spine are also a tad frayed. However, the gold gilt remains bright and legible. Internally, the pages are quite marked and foxed throughout, however the text is not affected and the pages are complete. The binding is tight. A good copy in the original green cloth, rubbed frayed and stained, contents clean and tight. Contains 114pp. tables and 27pp. of interesting advertisements mostly of an agricultural nature, but including one for carriages with a fine illusrtration of a Cape Cart.
