One black and white print tipped in on front pastedown by artist Mary Poesch[?]. The print is either a lithograph, etching, or engraving and is titled, "San Francisco, Fisherman's Wharf." Pages and covers are very clean and intact. Slight browning near the top edge of the boards. A Fine copy. This book is a collection of love letters to San Francisco by various authors. Excerpt from Kahn's preface: "These word pictures on the various phases of the Embarcadero of yesterday were originally written by a group of local writers at the request of Richard Wagner of the Harbor Day Committee of the San Francisco Junior Chamber of Commerce, as their contribution to the success of the annual celebration. ... Much that this volume contains has been previously offered to the public in print."
