Illustrated with sixteen full-page or double-spread black and white Jim Burns illustrations. The dust wrapper is un-priced and hence possibly an export edition. A six-page introduction by the author (where he discusses for the first time the David Lynch adaptation of 'Dune') precedes thirteen short stories, at least three of which, including 'The Road to Dune' (an illustrated collaboration between Herbert and artist Jim Burns), are hitherto unprinted in the UK..
