Illustrated with numerous black and white illustrations, some of them full-page, by Dan Beard. Binding cracked at one gathering and tender at several others. Top edge dust marked, spine ends and corner tips lightly rubbed and the boards a little dust soiled. Some fox spotting to half a dozen preliminary leaves.
