the jacket is worn and torn and marked. there is a small diamond shaped piece cut out of the spine. it still presents quite nicely in cellophane. the book has no inscriptions. there is a small stamp mark that could be a reference number from a bookseller. the binding is excellent and the book would be very good but it does have substantial foxing on the early and latter pages..
