The dust jacket is shelf rubbed and edge worn, with some light creasing and fraying on the top and bottom edges of the spine. Aside from this, the jacket remains bright, whole and intact. Internally, the pages are lightly foxed throughout, but there are no other markings or inscriptions, and the pages remain crisp, clean and complete. The front end page has been signed in blue ink by the author. The boards are a touch rubbed, but remain strong and square. The dust jacket is rubbed and edge worn, with a few small closed tears along the edges and a small chip out of the bottom back. Despite this, the jacket remains whole and bright. Internally, the front and back end pages are discoloured, but this does not extend into the body of the book. There are no other markings or inscriptions apart from that of the author, and the pages within are clean, crisp and complete. The binding is tight, and it is presented charmingly in cellophane. We are assured that all the ghosts encountered were ". typically South African and as nice a crowd as you can wish to meet any midnight of the week." So that's alright then. The dustjacket is much worn, torn and creased. It is however, intact and secure. The board covers are mildly foxed and there is user and shelving wear to the edges and corners. The spine is tanned but sure and healthy. Inside the early and later pages have foxing. Beyond this the pages are firm, occasionally marked, benign and amiable, diligent and enthusiastic. fk.
