The errata lists for Volumes 1 & 2 are printed on pages 693-696; they are bound out-of-sequence at the start of Volume 2, immediately following the title-page. Publisher's red cloth bindings with gold-printed title on spine. The cloth at the heel and crown of Volume 2-3 is crimped and the joints are just starting, but the volume is sound.
