The text leaves are mostly clean; although some leaves show light soiling and dampstaining in margins, and a few others, including the top wrapper and the final of leaves, are heavily soiled and stained. Pp. I-LX is a Conclusion to the Irish Peerage which the reader is "earnestly requested to read... as it brings into a small focuss many very important things relative to the Irish nation, in which both the conduct of the peers, and their interests, are materially concerned."
