Includes an illustrated twenty-page essay on William Scott by Robert Melville, an illustrated fifteen-page essay on the sculptor Ralph Brown by Bryan Robertson, a lengthy essay 'A Visual Grammar of Form' co-authored by Maurice de Sausmarez, William Turnbull, Richard Hamilton and Robert Brazil, reproduction of the Wood Engravings of Cecil Keeling with a note on the artist by Stanley Hickson, and further essays on ceramic tiles, the London skyline, and a selection of photographs by Helmut Gernsheim. The covers somewhat worn and rubbed at the edges, with some chipping to the backstrip ends and a touch of wear to the rear outer hinge.
