Two illustration plates have annotations in the author's hand. A much owned, roughly stored copy. The spine has been repaired with a leather strip. The covers have dustjacket (?) debris, marks, stains, much wear. They are resolute and secure. Within, the early and later pages have been repaired about the spine.
