First Edition (first printing). 8vo. 303pp. Black cloth lettered in gold at the spine and upper board. Top edge dust marked and the boards very lightly marked in one or two places. A small smudge to the tip of the front free endpaper, presumably from where previous pricing was partially erased. A very good copy in the uncommon dust wrapper, with some fading to the publisher's red spine panel colouring, a touch of further fading to the upper edge of the front and rear panels, and just a touch of wear to the spine ends with a single tiny area of loss.
