Series of song lyrics for the campaign - among them: 'Our Campaign Hymn, The Volunteers'; 'He's Going Over'; 'Fight for Landon'; 'He'll Be Sittin' in the White House'; 'Three Long Years'; 'Tyranny Will Never Rule'; 'Come Ye Sons'; 'Vote for Landon'; 'Illinois Volunteers'; 'Landon'; 'Come Along'. In these songs the later stanzas are worded to include the names Landon and Knox and campaign phrases. Very unusual campaign ephemera from the 1936 Presidential Campaign between Roosevelt and Landon which is usually thrown away after such a landslide election result. Seems to have been produced on the 17th Floor of the Tribune-Tower in Chicago, Illinois by the Music Division of the Volunteers. Very good copy with no marks.. Book.
