Believed to be a "Waterstones edition" having removed the adhesive residue of the missing circular sticker/LABEL myself in cleaning the dw/dj's spot from the identical place it would have been placed. The Waterstones edition includes a five page introduction by the author, as this offered book does, but is without the "Exclusive to Waterstones" sticker/label and obviously as the book is unsigned, there would not and is not,be a "signed by author" sticker. This UK edition was published April 25, 2013 - 12 days before the US edition issue/ release.
