A small oval paper label appears at the top of the spine with the handwritten number 144. The covers show light soiling and scuffing. The binding is firm. Very minor spotting appears in the upper right corner of the front pastedown. A small library stamp can be seen in the lower half of the title page. The pages exhibit occasional light foxing. Faint marginal tide markings are visible on a small number of pages, including along the bottom edge of the title page.
