Meg and Hugh are on honeymoon,the wedding over and there's naturally a mood of anti-climaxThe stories continue with more drama,and more romances to come.Plus [unpaginated] preamble about theforthcoming wedding and colour photograph of the Wedding invite with colour portrait photograph of Meg to its reverse,and the inside of rear cover with b/w photograph of the wedding crowd outside the catherdral with Cast list superimposed over it.                                            Visually,the external appearance is still exceptional, and particularly internally,is also in an exceptional condition/state of preservation and presentation for a item book of it’s near 50year-old age and nature, i.e. an ephemeral souvenir magazine.It is only the minor faults described,that prevent a slightly higher grading.Despite that,it really is still an exceptional,exemplary example for it’s brightnesss,cleanliness and lack of any other age-acquired detracting faults commonly encountered in paper wraps item such as this.  "Crossroads Motel, may I help you?" These words opened ATV's [Associated Televison - a part of the ITV network] answer to Coronation Street,but the production values and acting were so legendarily poor that the  IBA [Independent Broadcasting Authority] ordered its weekly output to be restricted to three (down from five) episodes per week Crossroads (later known as Crossroads Motel and Crossroads King's Oak) is a British TV soap opera that ran on ITV over two periods – the original 1964 to 1988 run,followed by a short revival from 2001 to 2003.Some 20,000 actors and actresses are estimmated to have paased through its portals, amongst them,Malcolm McDowell, Elaine Page, Larry Grayson (Meg's wedding chaffeur),and Gretchen Franklin ( -> Eastenders).Of the show's backroom staff,it is not without interest that Crossroad's initial producer,Reg Watson,went on to create Australian supersoap 'Neighbours' and prison melodrama 'Prisoner: Cell Block H.   Episode 2301 from April 1975 - Meg and Hugh’s big day finally arrives as they tie the knot at Birmingham Cathedral and bring Birmingham to a standstill.
