Pages are clean and intact overall except for some rippling along edges, light age toning, and a large closed tear (measures about 4 1/4") on back pastedown. Covers are intact overall but have significant dampstaining on front and back (and resulting discoloration), soiling, faded gilt lettering on front, and a few small chips near head and tail of spine. A Good copy. Fascinating account of the city of Victoria, British Columbia during the late nineteenth century.
