Of Sale: ORDERING:
E-mail to confirm availability. Be sure to include your physical address, with all zip, postal codes, PO Box #'s, etc. when ordering. (NOTE: When ordering by credit card please include the cardholder's billing address and telephone number.) Your book(s) will be reserved for up to two weeks from the time your order is received. We will e-mail back total costs, including postage and handling. Book(s) will be shipped to your postal address once order is confirmed and payment is received. You may also call us to place your order at 956-565-282. We are usually there from 9:00am to 5:00pm Central Time. If we are unavailable, please leave your name & phone number, as well as the book number or author & title of the book(s) you're interested in, and we will call you back as soon as possible. Want lists are always welcome, as we have many books that are not yet listed online. All items are subject to prior sale.
PAYMENT: We accept MASTERCARD, VISA, AMERICAN EXPRESS & DISCOVER / NOVUS. (NOTE: When ordering by credit card please include the cardholder's billing address and telephone number.) We also accept checks or money orders in U.S. dollars, made payable to High Castle Books. Texas residents add 8.25% sales tax. To all: please do not send cash. SHIPPING: HARDCOVERS & TRADE-SIZE PAPERBACKS: USPS Media Mail (formerly Bookrate): $3.75 for first book, $1.25 each additional. (approx. 1 to 4 weeks) USPS Priority: $8.75 for first book, $4.00 each additional. (approx. 3 to 5 days) Outside U.S. or Alternate Shipping Methods available on request at cost plus $1.00 handling. RETURNS POLICY: Books are returnable within 14 days if not as described, with prior notification by e-mail or phone. Books must be returned in same condition as they were sent. CONDITION/GRADING: Our books are graded using AB Bookman's terms. Some of our paperbacks which were entered online at the start of our business are graded using Hancer's terms.
