Of Sale: Total Satisfaction is our goal! RETURNS: On orders where we made a mistake, we will refund the cost of the book(s)and pay return shipping. On items where the mistake is not ours, we refund book price less commissions and shipping cost upon receipt of the book. If you have a problem with your order, contact us via e-mail with your name, book title, date ordered and ship-to information. We will get back with you ASAP and make it right. Please no unauthorized returns accepted at our warehouse, so be sure to contact us for any return issues. All books to be returned must be returned in the same condition as shipped. PAYMENT: We accept Cheques, Money Orders, and PayPal (email address GCbookstore@gabrieslchapel.com). All orders paid by cheque will be held for 5 days for cheque to clear our bank.
